At Psych Social, we value transparency and clarity regarding our services and policies. Please review the following refund policy carefully before booking.

Services Rendered

All services provided by Psych Social are experiential and time-based. Once a session has taken place, all sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of perceived outcome or personal experience.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Appointments cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance are not charged.

  • Appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled session time may be charged the full session fee.

  • No-shows are considered a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

Prepaid Sessions & Packages

  • Prepaid single sessions and session packages are non-refundable.
    Unused sessions may be transferred to a future date at the discretion of Psych Social, provided adequate notice is given and scheduling availability allows.

  • Session packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Events, Workshops, & Group Offerings

Refunds for events, workshops, or group sessions are subject to the specific terms listed on the event registration page. Unless otherwise stated:

  • Event registrations are non-refundable

  • Tickets may be transferable to another individual with prior written approval

Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds or credits outside of this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Psych Social. Approval is not guaranteed.
