The practitioner(s) at Psych Social are not licensed physicians or psychologists through these services and do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition.

All services are provided for educational, wellness, and self-exploratory purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological.

Individual experiences and outcomes vary. Psych Social makes no guarantees regarding results, benefits, or outcomes of any service, session, or information provided.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that sound healing and energy-based practices may involve physical sensations, emotional responses, or delayed effects. By participating, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with these services.

Confidentiality

Psych Social honors client privacy and confidentiality to the best of its ability. However, energy and sound healing services are not regulated healthcare services and are not subject to HIPAA or other healthcare privacy laws.

Understanding Our Terms of Service

Client Responsibility

By participating in services offered by Psych Social, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

  • You will seek care from licensed medical or mental health professionals when appropriate. 

  • You have disclosed relevant health information and will update it as needed.

  • Your participation is voluntary, and you may stop a session at any time.

 

Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release and hold harmless Psych Social, its owners, practitioners, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, or liability arising from:

  • Participation in services. 

  • Use of this website. 

  • Reliance on information provided by Psych Social. 

Key Elements of Our Terms of Service

Cancellation & Payment Policy

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be charged the full session fee. By booking a session with Psych Social, you agree to this policy.

Modifications to Terms

Psych Social reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
